all new and returning potential sadc & pre-pro members must rsvp by emailing sparksacademydc@gmail.com.
Please have your child attend the audition corresponding to their age group based on their birthdate as of June 13, 2026, unless otherwise instructed. a $50 audition fee is required upon arrival and must be paid in cash or check only.

auditions: 10 am-12 pm
ages: 9-12

pre-pro Auditions
Sunday, June 14th
ages 12+ (must be 12 by january 1, 2027)
check-in: 1:30 pm auditions: 2 pm-5 pm
Pre-Pro Requirements:
Dancers auditioning for Pre-Pro must come prepared with a 60-second self-choreographed solo in the style of their choice.
Please Note:
All new potential Pre-Pro members must attend SADC Auditions on june 13th in order to be considered for Pre-Pro. Pre-pro auditions are by invite only.

Audition Attire Guidelines:
Clothing: All solid black dance attire
Shoes: Pirouette shoes, jazz shoes, or any other preferred dance footwear
Hair: Neatly pulled back into a low ponytail or bun
